A hunt for suspect/s by Gqeberha police is underway
following the discovery of two murder victims in two separate incidents this
weekend.

According to police spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu, the
first incident occurred on Saturday, May 15, where Walmer police were called to
find a body of a male lying in Qongqotwane Street in Walmer location.
“The same incident reported a second person to have been
shot and taken to a nearby hospital prior to the arrival of the police. The
deceased was identified as Nkosekhaya Lutweyi (age unknown),” Naidu said.
Reports of a second incident indicate that a response by the
SAPS Bethelsdorp to a complaint in the Qunu area led to the discovery of the
body of a 37-year-old male lying on road.
“The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his
head. He was identified as Luzuko Libala
residing in the same area. The circumstances, motive and suspect/s surrounding
the demise of both victims is not yet known.”
