The Gqeberha High Court recently found a Kouga father (58) guilty of more than 700 charges.

According to Netwerk24, some of the charges against the father included possession, distribution, and production of child pornography, sexual grooming, exposing minors to child pornography, human trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, and failing to report a sexual offense against a child.

The report further stated that the father exposed his teenage daughter and stepson (21) to pornography from a very young age before later forcing the half-siblings to perform sexual acts on each other while he recorded it.

Netwerk24’s report stated that Judge Nyameko Gqamana said the daughter did provide clear evidence of sexual abuse and molestation by her father.

The father pleaded not guilty to all charges against him during the trial.

The report further stated that the stepson in the case was initially charged alongside the father, but pleaded guilty last May and is serving a 20-year effective prison sentence.
