The Rover Motorcycle Club will host another MX Training Day on Saturday, April 5. The sessions will be divided into three categories: New Riders & 50cc, Intermediate Riders & 65cc/85cc, and Experienced Riders (125cc & up).
Their team of coaches will provide hands-on guidance focused on skill development, bike maintenance, fitness, nutrition, and mindset.
Each session will be tailored to the rider’s skill level, ensuring that everyone receives the support they need. Training in a group setting provides an excellent foundation for both individual growth and teamwork.
The MX Training Day is designed for riders who are committed to improving their performance on the track, enhancing their bike maintenance skills, and boosting their off-track fitness, diet, and mindset. The coaching team is dedicated to helping you make the most of this training weekend.

Each rider will be awarded a medal and certificate upon completing the training day.
This event has always received fantastic support, and Rover Motorcycle Club plans to host more of these events throughout the year!
