The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) would like to advise road users that slurry works are planned from yesterday, May 27 to June 20, on the N2 National Road between Colchester and Ncamarha.
In a statement, SANRAL indicated that there will be traffic accommodation, speed reducing signs, and a three-minute Stop-Go activity implemented.
“All road users are advised to look out for the flagmen and to adhere to the indicated
speed limits,” the statement noted.
SANRAL’s Eastern Cape Provincial Head, Mbulelo Peterson said, “Motorists are requested to plan their trips, accordingly, consider alternative routes, and to use caution when making use of the roads.”
