As previously reported by PE Express, Prentice was watching television with a friend, then after they went to their own bedrooms to sleep.

“Later Sunday morning on June 9 at approximately 10:15, her friend who had access to her room went looking for her, but she was not in the room and her bed was made up,” Janse Van Rensburg explained.

She added that the friend was not concerned because Prentice had plans during Sunday.

She further added that on Tuesday, June 11, Prentice’s employer started making enquiries because she did not report at her workplace.

“On Saturday, June 15, she was reported missing at SAPS Mount Road, after they made enquiries with family and friends, they also searched the surrounding areas and places she frequently visited, but they were unable to trace her.”
